Small, fine café and restaurant with a small menu and very nice service. You can also sit on the terrace and look at the boats. Come here for a cup of coffee after a walk. :-)

Very good food, good wines and great service. And of course perfect outside when the weather is nice.

You can sit there in the open and watch the rolls comfortably drink a beer or wine. There is also something small to eat. Nice to be there again.

The boat rental is outrageous and unfriendly! When we came to the boat rental and expressed our boat request, we were asked to the side to wait. 20 minutes later we were suddenly told that there were 4 groups ahead of us and that it wouldn't work today ... As if they hadn't known that right away ... No overview of the people. After a short consultation period, we decided to borrow another boat, so it was said that we could have one after waiting an hour. Okay, no problem, we were busy with our j-lines on the water. When we saw that the boat was coming back towards the dock, we went back to the stand. There the boat drove away with other people in front of our eyes. They would just have been faster, according to the unfriendly man. 10 minutes later we saw such a boat again, we went to the stand again and he gave the boat again to the people in front of us who had just come, on the grounds that they had now stood in line in front of us! That was enough for us! With a disappointed toddler, we angrily gave up. We will never go there again! The boat rental guys are rude and don't have an overview!

Very unfriendly staff. You really have the feeling of being snapped at by the lady. There was no receipt, neither in the restaurant nor at the boat rental. Maybe the Groß-Gerau tax office should take a look at this business. The situation is shamelessly exploited. Iced coffee € 5.50? More expensive than Starbucks.

Unfortunately very unorganized staff. Had to wait longer than 25 minutes to pay. Have said it 3 times, and even went to the counter, then the waitress said to us that we should wait in an unfriendly tone! Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre! No recommendation!!

The beautiful location is shamelessly exploited. The prices are completely excessive. The gentleman at the boat rental is rude and brazen. He was visibly overwhelmed by his task and had absolutely no desire to look after the guests. A queue formed from three directions, which was also crossed by all the guests in the restaurant. Keep your distance in Corona time false reports. A huge mess in which families with children are molested by dodgy guests. Man is treated here not as a guest but as a money bag!

There are several variants and a large number of different boats to choose from. The prices are OK and the instruction is sufficient. You are treated in a friendly manner and then you have a beautiful environment in front of you, which you can explore with the respective vehicle. And after the boat tour, you can also quickly grab something delicious to eat or drink in the adjacent location.

Location great, but far too expensive and far too simple. Inadequate value for money. Average staff. Unfortunately, the atmosphere does not match the one initially hoped for.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and today the nice service was responsible for us again. She is always very attentive and courteous. Conclusion of the evening, simply successful. We liked it a lot. You sit on a terrace over the water and with a great view over the Altrheinarm and the beautiful old cable ferry to the Nonnenaue. We were served very nicely, the homemade lemonade was delicious. We cannot say anything about the food, we were guests before the kitchen opened.

We wanted to go back to the boathouse after a long time, apparently the staff has partly changed from last year, because we were sent away again because there was no table left on the terrace (although there were generally very few guests), we also had one Wait a minute. The employee in the interior asked us to come in until a table outside is free, but the desire had passed! It's a shame it's such a great atmosphere, but after this reception, even the view couldn't save the evening.

Nice boathouse, reminiscent of Sweden from the outside. The food is delicious. The wild boar sausage was really good. If you are more sporty, you can rent a boat there and explore the Old Rhine.

It would have been pretty nice if you had driven. Since the boats were all borrowed or broken and the lady at the reception unfortunately could not give me an exact time how long we have to wait for a boat we went.

We recommend. Went there overnight at the guest parking lot by boat. Very nice staff, you always felt in good hands. Toilets, shower everything available and very clean. The food was delicious, prices are more than fair. Definitely won't be the last time. Chapeau
